Shipping Policy

If the products are listed as “in stock” they will ship out on the same day or within 24 hours. If the order is placed on a public holiday, we will do our best to ship on the next business day. From time to time, due to sudden high traffic and orders coming in, we are unable to guarantee same day delivery and we are sincerely apology for it. Many of our products are advertised as free shipping, it will stay true no matter where you are in Australia, no hidden additional fees!

We utilize multiple well known Courier & Freight services such as Australia Post, StarTrack, Courier Please, Toll and in some case DHL to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Launceston, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gosford, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Townsville, Cairns, Geelong and regional locations in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, NT.

Shipping to customers in Australia

As of December 2015, we are providing shipping free of charge to customers in NSW and a flat shipping rate of $7.95 to all orders in other states. Delivery will be made via courier & freight services mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy

Before the Shipment :

It is easy to change your mind and we understand you. You're welcome to cancel your order at any time. We usually ship out the same day as we receive your order, so if you are thinking about changing your mind, please do contact us directly through email at [email protected] and express your concerns. 

After the Shipment:

Products purchased through our store are eligible for 60 days return policy. If you are for whatever reason, doesn’t feel to have it anymore, we are happy to do start the return process and refund back to you. Shipping Damage Policy

At MindFenix, we ensure all shipments are packed properly to prevent damage. Damages are rare but can still happen. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE SHIPMENT PARCEL BEFORE SIGNING! Any damage visible on the package MUST be noted. If you sign for freight as received in good condition, and it has damage, it will be very hard to make the claim to the shipping company.

Shipping problems

Sometimes, lost or delayed packages are bound to happen and we sincerely apologise if it happens to you. Please contact us via the contact form or email us directly at [email protected] with your order details, we will contact the shipper and get it resolves ASAP for you.
